Musical influences: Family and friends, teachers Janice Ballard and Neal Berntsen and many PJBE recordings.
Profession: Internal dosimetry consultant. DPhil in experimental nuclear structure physics from Univ. of York (UK); worked for the UK's National Radiological Protection Board before moving to Pittsburgh in 2001.
Significant others, pets etc.: Live with another trumpet player and our young son.
Other recreational pastimes: Cycling, xc-skiing, skating, walking, talking and eating.
