Janis Ramey plays English baritone in the Allegheny Brass Band and euphonium in the Community Band South. She also gets a kick out of playing with a small group called the "Brassy Broads". She returned to playing an instrument thirty years after putting it down after the last concert in high school. She is a technical writer with her own business (www.technical-writing.net).
