Dave Rollinson | Euphonium
Dave hails from the mountains of Southern Virginia, and has been playing euphonium since the age of 10. He moved to Pittsburgh in 2002 to attend Carnegie Mellon University for Mechanical Engineering. There he minored in Music Performance, played in the CMU Wind Ensemble, and was 'El Presidente' of the Kiltie Band, conducted by "Director for Life" Paul Gerlach. After graduating from Carnegie Mellon in 2006, Dave embarked on a cross-county bicycle trip. When not working as an engineer at RedZone Robotics, Dave enjoys cycling, being outdoors, and leaping tall buildings in a single bound.
